Overview
CG has developed IE2, IE3 and IE4 range of motors. We are the first in India to have an entire range of IE2, IE3 and IE4 motors in safe area and flameproof construction. Subsequently, IS 12615:2004 also got revised and now its 2011 edition is inline with IEC60034-30. The Indian standard mentions following additional performance other than IEC60034-30.

- Energy efficient as per EPACT 92 motors are tested in CSA Approved test plant as per CSA 390.
- Online greasing arrangement.
- Motors are suitable for Inverter duty MG 1 Part 31, Motors can be operated with VFD for constant torque at speed ratio 5 : 1 & for variable torque speed range 10:1
